Live Life to its Fullest
We've all heard the old line - "You are what you think". Countless books and papers have sought to help us think our way to success and riches.
The link between our thoughts and our success has been the an elusive target for centuries. Success requires hard work - smart, efficient efforts in the direction of your goal(s). And to keep your brain - and body - functioning at top form eating healthy foods is vital.
Try to enjoy at least one serving daily of foods rich in the healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Here are a few ideas:
Mix 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds in your next smoothie or soup.
Have a handful of walnuts.
Bake or grill up three ounces of salmon or another cold-water fish like herring.
Toss a cup of dark red kidney beans in your next salad.
Mix in some spinach and cauliflower.
Life is so much easier when you live it to your fullest - and a healthy lifestyle is invaluable in your quest! Enjoy a healthy, balanced life! Keep eating healthy foods!
